What do I get from importing my profile from Careers & Skills Passport?

This feature ensures your credentials are automatically included in your applications, saving you time and boosting your credibility. It’s a simple way to strengthen your profile and unlock more career opportunities.

How do I connect my profile with the Careers & Skills Passport?

Step 1: Log in to your FastJobs app and navigate to your Profile Page. Head to your Profile Page, where you’ll find the option [Import Profile from Careers & Skills Passport]. Tap on it to get started.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear asking if you'd like to create a new copy. Tap [Yes, create a copy] to allow FastJobs to duplicate your CSP information into your profile.

Step 3: You’ll be prompted to log in with Singpass. Simply log in using either your Singpass app or your login ID and password.

Step 4: Before your profile is imported, you’ll be asked to review your work experience and education. To review your profile, tap on either work experience or education. If you notice any discrepancies or would like to make any updates, simply tap Edit next to the section you wish to modify.

Step 5: Once you’ve confirmed your information, your work experience and education will appear as completed sections. Just tap Add to Profile to finish the import, and your updated profile is ready to go!

What should I do if my information is incorrect or needs updating?

What should I do if I can't connect my Careers & Skills Passport to my FastJobs account?

If you're experiencing technical issues, please screenshot the error message on your FastJobs app or web and email it to our Customer Care Team at customercare@fastjobs.sg, and our team will assist you accordingly.

How can I tell if a Jobseeker has imported their information from the Careers & Skills Passport?

To identify applicants who have imported their profiles from Careers & Skills Passport, simply scroll through the list of applications and look for the following indicator.

Additionally, when you click on “View applicant’s full profile,” you’ll see both their original FastJobs profile and a “Careers & Skills Passport” section. Click on the latter to view the verified information they’ve confirmed.

Is there a way to filter applications to see only candidates with verified Careers & Skills Passport profiles?

When reviewing applications, you will have the option to filter and view only profiles with verified Careers & Skills Passport records or view all applicants. Simply toggle the filter to display only candidates with verified credentials.
