1. Complete Your Profile

Make sure your profile is 100% complete with your most recent work experience, skills, languages, and availability. You can check your profile strength on the Profile page in the app. The stronger your profile is, the more likely employers will reach out. 

You can even generate and/or upload your resume for easier reference. Check your profile strength on your Profile page to see what’s missing.

2. Use the Careers & Skills Passport

Want to show employers you’re the real deal? Link your Careers & Skills Passport to FastJobs to import verified work experience, training records, and certifications from official government sources. You’ll earn a “Verified” tag on your profile—giving you an edge over others.

3. Turn on Profile Discovery

Make yourself discoverable by switching on Profile Discovery in your profile settings. This lets employers find you in “Talent Search” and increases your chances of receiving direct invitations for job opportunities. You’ll also get notified when there’s a good match so turn on your in-app notification too.
