FastJobs Employer Free Trial Programme – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Employer Free Trial Programme (“Free Trial”) offered by FastJobs (“we,” “our,” “us”). By submitting your interest in the Free Trial, you (“Employer,” “you,” “your”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. General
1.1. The Free Trial is a limited promotional offer provided solely at the discretion of FastJobs.
1.2. Submitting an expression of interest or application for the Free Trial does not guarantee participation.
1.3. FastJobs may accept, decline, or withdraw any Free Trial request at any time without obligation to provide reasons.

2. Eligibility
2.1. Participation in the Free Trial is not open to all employers and is subject to selection by FastJobs.
2.2. Employers considered for the Free Trial may be evaluated on various factors, which may include (without limitation): Nature and consistency of hiring needs. Intended Type of job roles to be advertised. Industry relevance to FastJobs
2.3. These factors may vary over time, and FastJobs retains the sole right to determine eligibility and applicability.

3. Scope of Free Trial
3.1. The Free Trial may provide limited access to job postings, features, or other services as determined by FastJobs.
3.2. The duration, number of postings, and scope of features included in the Free Trial will be defined by FastJobs at its discretion and may be amended without notice.
3.3. The Free Trial is provided on a one-time basis per Employer, unless otherwise approved by FastJobs.

4. Limitations
4.1. The Free Trial is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or other benefits.
4.2. Employers currently engaged in other promotional arrangements with FastJobs, or who have previously received a Free Trial, may not be eligible.
4.3. Misuse of the Free Trial, including but not limited to fraudulent use or misrepresentation of eligibility, may result in immediate termination of access and potential exclusion from future promotions.

5. Modification and Termination
5.1. FastJobs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Free Trial Programme at any time, with or without notice.
5.2. FastJobs may, at its sole discretion, vary these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Free Trial constitutes acceptance of such changes.

6. Governing Terms
6.1. These Terms are supplementary to and shall be read together with FastJobs’ standard Employer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6.2. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms shall prevail solely with respect to matters concerning the Free Trial.

7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Free Trial shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
