FastJobs: Fastee Hunters Campaign — Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction & Agreement These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the FastJobs Fastee Hunters Treasure Hunt (“Event”) organised by FastJobs (“Organiser”).
a. Participants are required to read and agree to these Terms before registering for the Event.
b. By registering for or participating in the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms and all decisions made by the Organiser, which are final.
2. Eligibility & Disqualification
2.1 Eligibility Criteria To participate and qualify for prizes, you must:
- Be a registered user of the FastJobs App
- Apply for the “Fastee Hunter” job to register entry
- Wear the official Fastee Hunter T-shirt during the hunt
2.2 Disqualification
The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win prizes:
a. Employees, contractors, or agents of FastJobs and their immediate family members.
b. Individuals involved in organising or executing the Event.
c. Anyone found tampering with the Event mechanics or violating these Terms.
d. Participants engage in unsafe, disruptive, or dishonest behaviour.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its discretion.
3. Registration & Entry
a. Participants must register through the official registration method.
b. The Organiser may, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide any reason, refuse, cancel, or void any registration, including duplicate or suspicious entries.
c. By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Event’s safety guidelines.
4. Game Rules & Conduct
a. Follow all Event instructions, clues, and guidelines issued by the organiser.
b. Obey all local laws, traffic rules, and property regulations.
c. Respect public and private property — no tampering, vandalising, or littering is allowed.
d. Be considerate of your surroundings and the people around you.
e. The Organiser may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, change, suspend, or modify any part of the Event (including routes, clues, or schedules) for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
4.1 Participants must not:
a. Dismantle, damage, or move any property or object
b. Enter restricted or private areas
c. Endanger themselves or others during participation.
5. Safety Guidelines
a. The coins are not hidden in restricted areas or locations that require trespassing.
b. Do not put yourself in danger to find any coin(s).
c. You do not need to vandalise, open, or dismantle any object or structure.
d. Coins are not hidden underwater, underground, or in places of worship.
e. Coins will only be located in safe, publicly accessible locations such as open parks or public walkways — not inside malls, offices, or private properties.
f. Be mindful of traffic, weather conditions, and your physical wellbeing.
g. Stay hydrated and avoid risky actions during the hunt.
6. Prizes & Redemption
a. Prizes will be awarded as stated in the Event promotional materials
b. Participants who share job listings between 4 November and 10 November 2025 will receive exclusive bonus hints for tiered prize zones.Only job shares made within this period will qualify for additional hints.Job shares made after 10 November 2025 will not be eligible for hints or rewards.
c. All treasures and their corresponding prizes will be awarded strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the timestamp of submission and successful verification via the official Google Form.
d. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated.
e. Winners are required to verify their identity and sign an acknowledgement form to facilitate bank transfer of the cash prizes; please allow 7 working days to process the transaction.
f. Prizes not claimed within the specified period (15 Nov 2025, 11am - 6pm) will be forfeited.
g. Prizes must be redeemed in person at the Sprout @ AMK booth during event hours, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the event day (15 November 2025).
- Redemptions after 6:00 PM will not be accepted or processed.
- Participants are strongly advised to complete their submissions and prize verification before the stated cut-off time.
h. Upon successful verification at the Sprouts@AMK Booth, the prize amount will be transferred to the participant within seven (7) working days following the event.
- Transfer details must match the information provided during the redemption process.
- The Organizer reserves the right to withhold or cancel any prize in cases of incomplete or invalid submissions.
i. The Organiser reserves the right to replace prizes with alternatives of equivalent or greater value.
j. The Organiser may require proof (e.g., a timestamped selfie) of successful completion or discovery before confirming a win.
7. Risks, Waiver & Liability
a. Participation in the Event is voluntary and at your own risk.
b. You acknowledge that outdoor activities may involve inherent risks, including weather conditions, traffic, or uneven terrain.
c. The Organiser is not responsible for any personal belongings, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Event, or for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., bad weather, technical issues, or government restrictions).
8. Personal Data & Publicity
a. By participating, you consent to the Organiser’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for purposes related to the Event, such as registration, prize fulfilment, and publicity.
b. You also consent to the use of your name, image, and likeness in photographs, videos, and other Event-related materials for marketing or promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Intellectual Property
a. All Event materials, including the coins, maps, clues, and content, remain the property of the organiser.
b. Participants are required to return any physical Event materials (including coins) to the organiser upon completion of the Event and before prize collection.
c. You may use these materials solely for participation in the Event and must not copy, reproduce
10. Amendments & Organiser’s Rights
a. The Organiser reserves the right to interpret, amend, or update these Terms at any time.
b. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By participating in the FastJobs Fastee Hunters Treasure Hunt, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Safety Guidelines and Terms & Conditions stated above.
